Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns as our items are custom made, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at bullyboutiqueinfo@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

EXCHANGES

We do not currently process exchanges for online orders.

CANCELLATION

All sales are final, and we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. Our products are handmade with care, and orders are processed based on the materials, time, and labour required to create each item.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is submitted.
