Shipping policy
As all products are custom made please allow 1-3 weeks for shipping.
DELIVERY TIMES
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.
Bully Love Boutique are not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by Canada Post
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the Canada Post “safe drop” option)

CANADIAN ORDERS
Bully Love Boutique uses Canada Post unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 8-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).
USA ORDERS
Bully Love Boutique use Canada Post to ship your order through Tracked Packet USA Air (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 8-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Bully Love Boutique uses Canada Post to ship your order through Small Packet International Air (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 10-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Items are shipped after processing (3-4 business days) using Canada Post. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout.
DAMAGES
Products purchased from our website will require a photo image of the product in question. Once proven the product has a fault, the product may be returned for a repair please contact us at bullyboutiqueinfo@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern.
PICK UP
Bully Love Boutique offers convenient order pick-up options for our customers. Once your order is ready, you will receive a pick-up notification email. Please reply to this email with your preferred dates and times for pick-up. We kindly ask that you provide at least two days’ notice, as this allows us to properly sort and prepare your order to ensure a smooth and efficient pick-up experience.
UNTRACKED SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Some international economy shipping options do not include tracking or delivery confirmation.
By selecting an untracked shipping method at checkout, the customer acknowledges and accepts the risk associated with untracked postal delivery, including delays, loss, or inability to confirm delivery status.
Bully Love Boutique is not responsible for packages that cannot be tracked once shipped using an untracked shipping option.
Customers must report missing shipments within 45 days of the shipment date so that carrier investigations, where applicable, may be initiated within carrier time limits.
